Operation Legal Palembang

at  Hino Finance Indonesia

As an Operation Legal at PT Hino Finance Indonesia, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to legal operations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Palembang, Indonesia. Your tasks may include maintaining legal risk for the company’s operational activities runs properly by identifying and examining prospective debtor documents in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations; be the representative of the Legal Operation Department in the Branch/POS and provide legal opinions required by the Branch/POS; generally protect the Company from losses and/or legal disputes and/or legal problems

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations
• Experience in legal research, contract drafting, and document review
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Knowledge of financing and leasing principles is a plus
• Experience in the automotive or financing industry is a plus

PT Hino Finance Indonesia ("HFI/Company") was established based on a joint venture agreement between Hino Motors Ltd., PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk., and Summit Global Auto Management B.V. (part of Sumitomo Corporation) in accordance with the Deed of Establishment dated July 11, 2014. HFI is a captive financing company for commercial trucks, especially for the Hino brand, which is here to support the sales of Hino products in Indonesia through financing solutions such as, finance leases, sale and leaseback, and other products according to the company’s articles of association, which are tailored to customer needs
