Operation Manager

Qualifications:

• BSc or HND in Sciences or Engineering
• Five (5) years in fleet management or operation management
• Three (3) years in developing, implementing a procedure/work instruction, safety, health & environmental management systems and people management.
• Must have worked as an operation supervisor or Manager for at least three (3) years.
• Experienced in fleet and MHE maintenance will be added advantag

Experience:

• Operation Manager: 5 years (Required

• Carry out Daily report (WhatsApp and main reports) sends daily site operations report at specified time.
• Attend daily operations meeting where site challenges are discussed, and task assigned.
• Conduct site tour, carryout BOS and site risk assessment to enable corrections to near miss and danger.
• Liaise with shift technicians on the execution of plan maintenance and oversee all maintenance activities, repairs, and cleaning.
• Checking and validation of MHEs checklist
• Conduct daily spare part stock count-do check & balance.
• Conduct shift tool-box training & safety briefing with all operators.
• Together with the technician carryout daily MHEs inspection & fault/defect identification and correction.
• Weekly carryout driver’s license & fire extinguisher tracker checks to ensure they are valid and up to date.
• Weekly check on pending operators’ issue (HMO, Salary, PPEs etc.) and raise concern.
• Daily availability reconciliation and ensure no downtime.
• Daily meeting with client’s representative on issue and pending challenges on site
• Daily monitoring and supervision of batteries cleaning, garage cleaning, MHEs cleaning,5S and good housekeeping
• Checking & response to email, WhatsApp etc and another assigned task by the superior

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
