Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Operations/Project Management experience in business and management settings. Must have excellent demonstrable experience in utilizing principles of resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Solid level knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite of database programs to include (but not limited to): Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluent in the English Language to include a high level of oral and written communication skills. The ability to understand and speak German is desired but not required.
  • Experience with OCONUS U.S. military organizations and installations is desired but not required.
  • Must be extremely organized and capable of completing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of U.S. government Contracting is desired but not required.
  • U.S. military experience (eg military retiree living in Germany with EU-wide U.S. installation access) is desired but not required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • All aspects of Contract Management
  • Assist with MCS LOB Business Development (i.e. provide input for technical volumes)
  • Provide Quality Control Assurance
  • Manage potential employee Security/Background checks and credentialing
  • Interview, make candidate selections, provide salary recommendations, and assist with onboarding and in-processing
  • Oversight of timekeeping and absence requests
  • Backfill coordination
  • Financial Overview
  • Assist with Invoicing
  • Expense Monitoring
  • Equipment Ordering, Maintenance, and Inventory
  • Supervise Project Officers, Team, and/or Site Leads
  • Interface with CORs and Contracting Officers
  • Handle Safety Aspects
  • Care and Recognition of Employees
  • An integral part of the Leadership Team
