The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of renovation projects.Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, site supervisors, and construction workers.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.Address client concerns and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Supplier and Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all work meets the company’s standards and client expectations.Conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.Monitor expenditures and report on financial performance to senior management.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all job sites.Promote a culture of safety and conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various operational tasks.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project status, team performance, and financial metrics.Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
