Description:
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Design or related field
- Proven experience as a Landscape Manager
- Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and groundskeeping equipment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license if any

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the landscape maintenance and designing team
- In charge of monitoring all existing contracts
- Planning ahead for all new client’s tender project
- Design and implement landscaping solutions for different properties
- Provide regular maintenance of lawns, shrubs, trees and other plants
- Supervise and train the landscaping team
- Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Create and manage budgets for various landscaping projects
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
