POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our ambulance services. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth running of services, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in paramedicine, healthcare management, and vehicle mechanics, while also demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and crisis management.
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in leading a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving operational efficiency. EDUCATION:

• Certification as a Paramedic is mandatory.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Healthcare Management , or a related field is required.
• A valid driving license is essential.

EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in healthcare and emergency services

SKILLS:

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance requirements is critical.
• Proficiency in using operations management tools and software.
