Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on building rapport with customers and resolving issues effectively.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial analysis.
- Must be able to work weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency in service quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization, to achieve financial targets and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus, special promotions, and food offerings that meet customer preferences and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, responding promptly to guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new customers, enhance brand awareness, and increase customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as licensing requirements and industry standards.
