Description:
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Supervise the activities and work of the team members during the shift to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.
SKILLS
- Knowledge of relevant plant equipment
- SAP working knowledge is preferred
- New IMS system awareness/working knowledge is preferred

- Knowledge of the operations in water desalination and power generation plants and of NOMAC operations

EDUCATION
Bachelor degree holder in Engineering.
