Description:
Your tasks
- Creation of commercial invoices to our customers worldwide with special focus on timelines and accuracy to fulfil country specific legal requirements including customs.
- Gather and check supplier’s due diligence statements (DDS) on EUDR. Upload DDS in EUDR’s IS system on timely basis and communicate to Continental plants. Troubleshoot in case of wrong submission and/or technical problem encounter during uploading.
- Monitoring and tracking of freight status from forwarder’s information. Escalate if there is freight delays or cargo supply issues.
- Finding solution of NR orders with issue together with NPM freight and forwarding team.
- Report of KPIs related to shipping status such as shipment backlogs and on time departure and arrival at plant.
- Collaborate with Continental plants regularly to review NR stock level and trigger actions when safety level is breached.
- Support reporting like for example for delivery performance monitoring, which involves mass data handling and data combination from various sources.
- Support other SCM activities when required.
Your profile
- Degree in Maritime Business/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- Skill in SAP, MS Office 365 and analytical tool such Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in project management or basic programming language is a plus
- Assertive, cross-cultural experience, team player and able to work under challenging environment
- Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
