JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Journeyman Operations Support Specialist or Supply Cataloger to join our team and provide critical analytical and administrative support to enhance organizational operations.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on operations support.
- Familiarity with planning processes and project management principles.
- Ability to develop and implement policies and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for advising and supporting leadership and staff.
- Experience managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma; a minimum of 1 year of related operations support experience.
- No additional certifications required.

Responsibilities:
- Assist as an Operations Specialist performing a variety of analytical and administrative duties in support of the organization.
- Manage staffing processes and track internal and external suspenses and correspondence with designated functional areas.
- Utilize knowledge in planning, risk management, and program analysis to facilitate effective operations.
- Track and ensure timely responses to all tasks received across the organization.
- Receive direction and technical guidance necessary to accomplish mission objectives.
- Assist in the definition and documentation of processes into standard operating procedures or other written guidelines.
- Ensure integrated and coordinated short-term, mid-term, and long-range planning for projects and tasks.
- Initiate, develop, revise, recommend, and ensure implementation of policies, plans, procedures, and directives under guidance from senior staff.
- Identify existing or potential problem areas within operations and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Advise and assist higher-level staff regarding assigned programs, briefing preparation, and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice and support to organizational leadership, staff, and program managers on assigned programs/projects, stakeholder engagements, briefings, and reports.
- Assist in accomplishing detailed planning for complex management projects, issues, and initiatives.
- Provide support for risk analysis and tracking costs, schedules, and performance metrics for various projects and programs.
