Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Operational Administrator, you will be reporting to the Operational Administration Manager. This role will involve supporting the Administration Team with processing sales orders, billing invoices and following system reports. This is a completely remote position and is for a 12 month fixed term contract.

AS PART OF YOUR ROLE, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Manage business operations and administrative tasks, including managing group email inboxes
  • Focusing on billing invoices for clients, allowing invoices to be processed by the accounts payable team
  • Raising sales orders and PO numbers for a large region
  • Handle correspondence and documentation
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • To be able to communicate efficiently via email and Microsoft Teams, to internal and external colleagues
