We are looking for a full-time Operational Bookkeeper to join our Head Office team in London, Ontario.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bookkeeping experience - 2 years or more.
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience in the food & beverage industry.
Job Type: Full-Time, on-site
Salary: $40,000 per year
Benefits: Dental & Health Care Benefits (optional after 6 months)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5p
Responsibilities:
- Data input of daily sales, cash receipts, disbursements, payments, etc.
- Record & reconciliation of store deposits.
- Record & reconciliation of debit/credit cards.
- Investigations of paperwork discrepancies.
- Filling store requisitions.
- Mailing/shipping.
- Preparing basic financial reports.
- Addressing general store inquiries and maintaining an open rapport with on-site employees.
- Light office administrative duties.
