Eosol Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Director to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany. As a leader within our organization, you will play a critical role in steering the operational strategy, ensuring the seamless execution of projects, and enhancing our overall operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional with a robust engineering background who is fluent in both English and German. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all operational aspects of the business in the Stuttgart region. Collaborate closely with various departments to foster a unified approach towards achieving our organizational goals.
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Implement best practices in project management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Conduct performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients and partners. Build and maintain strong relationships and ensure effective communication to facilitate project success.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards and regulations. Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize risks and enhance service delivery.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the formulation of the company’s operational strategies in line with Eosol Group’s long-term business objectives. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Localization Strategy: Aid in the establishment and adaptation of Eosol Group’s operations in Germany, understanding and navigating the local business landscape to ensure successful market penetration. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the engineering or technology sectors.
Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and German is essential for effective communication with team members and stakeholders in the region.
Technical Skills: Strong foundation in engineering principles and practices. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive organizational change.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and derive actionable insights. Personal Attributes
