As an Operational Excellence Analyst (m/f/d) you will own and track multiple operational KPIs. You play a key role in rolling out and implementing new processes that are crucial for daily operations in our hubs. You will make sense of our data and support operations with valuable analyses to improve our performance.

  • Support management in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate analysis results and proposed actions
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and ensure seamless implementation of process improvements
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization

QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • University degree in Business, Economics or comparable
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a data-driven mindset
  • Business professional (C1+) in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in a related field (can also be through internships)
  • Proficiency in MS Office / G-Suite (particularly Excel / Sheets), SQL
