Responsibilities:

Englisch

• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement (CI)
• Lead and coordinate process optimization projects
• Collaborate with various departments to implement improvement measures
• Monitor and evaluate the results of improvement projects
• Train and support employees in CI methods, tools and the MSA Business System (MBS)
• Contribute to the strategic development of the site into a Center of Excellence
• Achieve productivity improvements and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets, including reporting and presentation
• Implement corporate guidelines

Deutsch

• Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (KVP)
• Leitung und Koordination von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung
• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Überwachung und Bewertung der Ergebnisse von Verbesserungsprojekten
• Schulung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern in Bezug auf KVP-Methoden und -Werkzeuge sowie des MSA Business System (MBS)

Qualifications:

Englisch

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Continuous Improvement and Project Management
• Solid knowledge of CI methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Familiarity with CI tools and software (e.g., Minitab, eKaizen)

Deutsch

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Continuous Improvement und Projektmanagement
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in KVP-Methoden (z.B. Lean, Six Sigma)
• Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
• Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und Prioritäten zu setzen
