Description:
Responsibilities:
- You have a degree / diploma in an Engineering discipline or business management
- You are a recognized leader with change management experience
- You have 5-10 years of manufacturing experience in the area of process improvement and/or lean deployment
- You have proven capability in the application of Lean manufacturing concepts.
- You have demonstrated capability in leading change as demonstrated by experience and results
- You are an expert facilitator with a high amount of influencing skill
- You have fluent in IT systems and has a desire to support the development of IT based solutions
- You are bilingual in French and in English (asset)
