We are seeking a structured and forward-thinking Operational Excellence Specialist to own our business processes and to ensure streamlined and scalable workflows in our operations team (Marketing, Sales, Support & Customer Success).
The Operational Excellence Specialist will be responsible for translating everyday workflows into well-documented processes that are implemented in a user-friendly manner. The ideal candidate will be empathetic and excellent at understanding the needs of stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions that can be implemented in our CRM.
With the CRM at the center of our business processes, you will also be the owner of the CRM platform and will, together with the Growth Team, be responsible for its implementation to meet our strategic needs.

In this role, you will join our super sharp and cool Umbraco Growth team whose finest job is to find new ways to scale the business operations. The team consists of 10 members and they are known for having a friendly and competitive atmosphere. In this team, they celebrate failure (with their very own mascot, Johan The Moose) and has a strong focus on being reliable and challenging the ways things are done.Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize the customer journey by improving, automating and enforcing internal business processes
  • Ensure clear documentation of our business processes to ensure faster onboarding for the commercial team
  • Identify friction points and opportunities for improvement in our processes
  • Ownership of our CRM platform along with ensuring a user-friendly experience and a strong technical setup
  • Support the team in ensuring a good data structure that enables us to do solid reporting and data visualization
  • Support the rest of the team in work on improving integrations between the CRM and other tools

Qualifications

Besides your awesome personality, you will get plus points for having:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, sales or related roles with a significant focus on automation and processes
  • Experience with CRM tools and Sales Intelligence tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to translate needs and wants into technical solutions and being able to document and share these with the right stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment

Practicalities

  • 37 hours full time position
  • Working location: In person at our Umbraco HQ in Odense or Copenhagen Office
  • You can expect at least 2 days per week in our HQ in Odense
  • Starting date: 1st of October, 2024
