Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s advantageous
- Extensive experience in operational excellence or related roles, with exposure to global/ regional operations preferred
- Demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements on a global scale, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in leadership roles within manufacturing, supply chain management, quality assurance or related functions in the pharmaceutical industry at regional or global level
- Experience in leading a PMO / larger scale opeations transformation projects as well as working with strong business systems / operating systems and digitalisation
- Certifications in operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, TPM, Six Sigma) are a plus
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Enthusiasm for fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Basic project coordination skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English (Spanish and German is a plus
