Description:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for being the link between the company and the dealers for the sale of financing services. Guide potential clients to financing options for boats. Assist the client in the process of completing the credit application and completing the credit file. Originate Marine Loans in the ACAPS / CL2000 system. Collect information required to file applications and refer to the Credit Department in the corresponding time. Verify and follow up on the ACAPS drawers of those cases that must be inactivated or followed up.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
EXPERIENCE
At least one year of related experience.

- Domain of Microsoft Office programs (Work, Excel and Outlook)
- Proficiency in written and oral English/Spanish language

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare documents for closing and disbursement of marine loans. Verify documents prepared by attorneys and refer documents to complete the digitization process.
- Validate that the assessment of the financed units are being established in the different government agencies.
- Prepare weekly the list of cases pending decision or approval (pipeline) and production reports.
- Operational processes which includes between the preparation of loan files, cancellation letters, payment processing, maintenance for CL2000.
- Maintain effective communication with the support departments and Banco Popular in the operational and service processes with a high level of quality to our internal and external clients.
