Responsibilities:
As the Operational Manager for the Industry department in Denmark, you will oversee the daily operations of the industry activities within your scope. Reporting to the Industry Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to maintain a comprehensive understanding and management of operations and the Industry Management system, while providing effective management through the local team, ensuring first-class and efficient support and contact with our customers. To fully understand the challenges and requirements set by the industry, the Operational Manager will also be expected to work in the field, covering approximately 20% of their working capacity.
Your leadership skills and proactive approach will work toward securing a streamlined and customer-oriented operation across Denmark. With this in mind, our employees are the center of our business, hence it will be your responsibility, in collaboration with the Technical Manager, to ensure proper training and competencies for our employees, to be able to deliver excellent service to our customers.
Summing up your daily tasks:
- Daily management of operations – either directly or through team leaders
- Monitor and optimize existing registrations in cooperation with the Industry Manager
- Collect and analyze with the Industry Team all relevant data on the legal registration processes and provide the affected departments with the relevant information.
- Manages with the Industry Team all activities in terms of documentation, complaints and information to internal departments and customers
- Ensure internal and external communication and cooperation at all levels of responsibility to guarantee support and advice.
