Operational Marketing Communications - Philippines


Territory Segment management

Implement G2M Plans:

  • Execute the Solution, Access, Value, Experience (SAVE) plans for assigned territory segments.

Support Customer-Facing Teams:

  • Engage with and provide ongoing support to customer-facing teams during the launch and execution of SAVE actions. Offer corrective measures when necessary.

Deploy and Monitor Offers:

  • Coordinate the launch of new offers locally and promote existing offers. Track their performance to ensure success.

Enable Sales and Distribution:

  • Ensure that sales and distribution teams have the necessary tools and resources to support segment growth.

Increase Customer Engagement:

  • Lead initiatives to boost customer leads, conversions, and retention in line with our distribution strategy.

Analyze and Steer Activities:

  • Continuously analyze customer segments, SKUs, market trends, and customer performance to guide current activities.

Business Reviews:

  • Provide detailed insights on segment performance during territory business reviews, using market data to recommend corrective actions.

Forecast and Supply Management:

  • Ensure SKU forecasts and supply align with territory business goals, considering customer and market evolution, and product lifecycle.

Support Regional and Country Projects:

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects on a regional or global scale.

Identify Local Opportunities:

  • Analyze and propose local opportunities that align with the territory G2M plan.
