Responsibilities:

  • Establish and negotiate monthly sales and productivity plans for stores.
  • Analyze store operational results to identify underperformers, pinpoint sources of underperformance, and propose solutions based on technical analyses and practical insights.
  • Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports, ensuring data clarity and accessibility.
  • Develop clear analytical tools to improve store performance.
  • Collaborate on the development and maintenance of best practice guides for store scheduling and performance analysis.
  • Provide training and conduct in-store visits
