Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of work experience in operational purchasing, international procurement experience desirable
- Experience in the use of ERP system, knowledge of proAlpha will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Precise and diligent working manner, as well as communication and organizational skills
- High level of initiative, reliability and commitment
- Good oral and written English language skills
Responsibilities:
- Ordering trading and production materials from our international suppliers
- Ensuring material availability based on regular evaluation of order proposals and independent optimization of scheduling parameters
- Cooperation with our suppliers, as well as sales and production planning
- Monitoring the supply chain in designated areas
- Tracking orders with respect to delivery dates
- Timely control and posting of supplier invoices
- Maintenance of purchasing-relevant master data
- System-related and commercial processing of return deliveries
