Job Description
AECOM is currently seeking an Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) Systems Lead to join our team. This role is based out of Mississauga, ON.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:
- A University Degree in a relevant field of study plus 8 (eight) years of experience managing / leading large and complex ORAT program(s) and analyzing and producing solutions to ORAT challenges.
Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- A comprehensive understanding of the aviation industry, with particular emphasis on holistic airport operations, is considered an asset.
- ORAT experience in large international airport projects exceeding CAD $500M is advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships and delivering management-level reports to support effective decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Additional Information
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that service and maintenance plans are in place for all systems to support and maintain operations at the agreed service levels.
- Confirms that end-users have validated their systems against operational requirements, ensuring readiness for trials and eventual live operations.
- Defines system objectives, establishes baseline requirements and operational configurations in collaboration with stakeholders, and ensures these are appropriately provisioned and budgeted.
