Responsibilities:
JOB ROLE
The Operational Resilience Manager is responsible for the overall Protection and Resilience domains’ governance, implementation, and compliance with internal and external regulations, but is also involved actively in the incident management and crisis management processes as required.
There are 6 domains under the governance of the Protection & Resilience program:
o Global Incident Management (GIM)
o Crisis Management (CM)
o Business Continuity Management (BCM)
o Protective Security Management (PSM)
o Emergency Response Management (ERM)
o Outsourcing / Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Offer a unique mix of consultancy & operational services for Global Incident Management and Crisis Management offered to clients globally.
- Ensures the P&R Experts and Coordinator have clear tasks to achieve the objectives and the deliverables of the P&R programs.
- Coordinates and supervises the incident management process (IT and non-IT).
- Ensures the quality and supervises the preparations of periodic reporting.
- Responds to various assessments and requests related to GIM and CM.
- Ensures the quality and supervises the various internal assessments for the domains they are responsible of.
- Supervises the compliance of the local hubs with the internal standards and regulations.
- Ensures maturity growth and regulatory compliance for the P&R domains they are responsible for.Ensures a good collaboration with Risk Management and other connected functions.
