OPERATIONAL RESILIENCE MANAGER – PERMANENT – HYBRID WORKING

Synapri are currently working on an Operational Resilience Manager Opportunity for a client specialising in financial regulations.
This role is focused around supporting the implementation and creation of operational resilience policies and our client are looking for people with strong experience with operational risk management, policy creation and frameworks such as DORA, PS21/3 and ISO.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE ARE:

• Assist the Director/Principal with ORC preparation for the March 2025 deadline, including meeting agendas, benchmarking surveys, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support response frameworks during operational disruptions, coordinate crisis communications, and manage post-incident reviews.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, members, and trade associations.

THE KEY SKILLS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:

• Strong understanding of Operational Resilience, including business continuity and incident management practices such as playbook development/ exercising, impact assessment, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of the following:

• Experience working on project management.
• Operational resilience experience.
