Description:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational risk, ideally within the buy-side of investment management.
- In-depth knowledge of RCSA processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data-driven analysis and reporting.
- Proven experience in managing risk-related projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively at all organisational levels.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Operational Risk Associate, your key duties will include:
- Performing comprehensive risk assessments and maintaining rigorous Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes.
- Leveraging Power BI to analyse and visualise risk data, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Leading and supporting risk-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating across departments to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
