What does your job as an Operational security officer look like?

• You oversee and enhance the company’s security systems, focusing on identity and access management (IAM) and ensuring policy compliance.
• You handle role administration, user access, and ensure the right access at the right time using tools like SailPoint.
• You manage security incidents and work closely with global teams to ensure quick resolutions.
• You ensure audit readiness by maintaining accurate security records and access controls.
• You work with engineering teams to create authorization matrixes for new applications
• You maintain access policies, ensuring roles and permissions are up-to-date and compliant.
• You align local practices with company security standards and integrate best practices across the company.
• You oversee 1st and 2nd line support for security-related tickets and issues.
• You create training materials and ensure employees understand their security responsibilities.
• You drive improvements by updating security policies and collaborating on global initiatives.

This is how you fit perfectly into our team

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• You have 5+ years of experience in 1st or 2nd line IT support.
• You bring hands-on expertise with IAM (or UAM) systems, preferably SailPoint or similar.
• You know security best practices, access control frameworks, and IT infrastructure like cloud technology.
• You have knowledge of query languages such as SQL and tools like Power BI is a plus.
• You speak and write fluently in English and Dutch or French.
• You have a strong customer service mindset and work well with all organizational levels.
• You have project management experience and can easily work with various parties to achieve a goal.
