The Zalando platform enables external partners (brands and retailers) to sell fashion articles directly to Zalando customers (online Marketplace). The Operational Success team’s purpose is to enable partners to achieve their commercial targets and deliver exceptional customer experience through operational excellence on the platform.
As Operational Success Manager, you will be responsible for the operational performance of a pool of partners, from integration and article onboarding to logistics. You will be the sparring partner of the Partner Consulting team in charge of the commercial performance of this pool of partners. You will bring your expertise in operational processes, taking over complex edge cases and helping coordination with internal stakeholders to continuously drive for better operational performance and commercial success.

• Steer and monitor partners’ performance, deep diving into their operational challenges, and using data to derive actionable insights and suitable solutions.
• Proactively identify and drive performance improvement initiatives with your assigned portfolio of partners, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Be the go-to person for any operational topic for Zalando commercial and operational teams, ensuring efficient partner operations on the platform and making it easier for partners to further develop their business with Zalando.
• Synthesize and present performance figures to Zalando commercial teams and senior management, manage timelines and expectations.
