The tasks:

• Main driver of supplier development measures, including workshops with suppliers or internal stakeholders to achieve the development targets
• Manage action plan with internal and external stakeholders
• Liaison between internal departments, i. e. Purchasing, Logistic, Supplier Quality Management
• Evaluate, track and document the maturity level of the implemented actions

Ideal starting conditions:

• University degree in Economics or similar education
• Experience in the development of suppliers in the automotive industry, basic knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA standard is a plus
• Analytical approach, strategic behavior and affinity for figures and correlations
• Very good English language command, German is an advantage
• Proactive and assertive attitude
• International mindset and the ability to work in a matrix organization
• Willingness to travel 30 percent
