KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 1 year Management retail experience
· Experience with a high-end brand

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalen

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (required)

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The role includes answering calls, making bookings on our clinic system, greeting clients, taking payments and supporting the therapists and stylists.
The successful candidate must be a seasoned seller with a proven background in a similar role. Retail experience within the beauty sector is essential and preferably with brows and lashes, as is a positive approach to solving problems and managing deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make appointment bookings using our online booking system
  • To process payments
  • To promote other services and products to customers as appropriate
  • To answer calls, contact clients via telephone / email, and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • To fill in with beauty treatments when needed
  • To smoothly take over the client’s journey from the therapist/stylist and complete payments and appointment bookings.
