Shavata Singh, CEO & Founder of Shavata Brow Studio is a Brow Expert with over 30 years’ experience in taming unruly brows, a recognised leader in the beauty industry and a favourite with celebrities, press & influencers, London’s original Brow Queen is renowned for ‘creating the perfect arch.’
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The role includes answering calls, making bookings on our clinic system, greeting clients, taking payments and supporting the therapists and stylists.
The successful candidate must be a seasoned seller with a proven background in a similar role. Retail experience within the beauty sector is essential and preferably with brows and lashes, as is a positive approach to solving problems and managing deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make appointment bookings using our online booking system
- To process payments
- To promote other services and products to customers as appropriate
- To answer calls, contact clients via telephone / email, and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner
- To fill in with beauty treatments when needed
- To smoothly take over the client’s journey from the therapist/stylist and complete payments and appointment bookings.
