Operational Support Manager

A rare opportunity has presented itself for an operational support manager to join the Podiatry and Orthotic Department. This is a fixed term full time post running until 31 st March 2026 and the individual will work to the leadership team providing support whilst the structure for Orthotics and Podiatry is reviewed. Planning, Performance, Health and safety and Audit will be key responsibilities within the role function together with opportunity to support service development and undertake project work.
The Podiatry and Orthotic Department is currently based at Pontypridd Cottage Hospital however although not confirmed as yet this will change and there will be requirement for flexibility in the working pattern and locations. Opportunity for hybrid working discussion and base to be agreed on appointment.
This post is fixed term until 31st March 2026 due to - meet the needs of the service
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
