Operational Support Officer

This is a position that provides effective and efficient support to the System Coordination Centre both in and out of hours and is the key point of contact for colleagues on daily operational issues as the team supports all providers across the health and care system in a proactive and reactive way. This position takes a key role in data collection and information from health and care providers to enable timely and accurate data visibility. If you have good administrative skills, work well within a team and are keen to progress to more hands-on support this may be the opportunity for you. This role is uniquely placed to provide you with valuable system and operational insight across multiple organisations of health and care and has close links to our resilience (emergency) planning team.
Key tasks include receiving system updates and escalations, supporting the hub lead to take actions whilst monitoring operational metrics, sourcing data and providing reports.
