Description:
3Sixty Care Partnership are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to work with the existing team to support Red Kite Healthcare Primary Care Network.
This is a new role within the evolving Primary Care Networks (PCNs) established in July 2019. These networks are practices that work together within a geographical area to deliver contracts and services for their GP registered population. Red Kite PCN covers 6 GP practices in Kettering, Corby, Mawsley and Wollaston.
The post holder will be responsible for operational leadership with the PCN team managing several of the services held centrally, ensure that the services are ran smoothly, inline with the governance framework.
The Operational Support Officer will form an integral part of the PCN leadership team working alongside the PCN manager, Clinical Directors, the PCN board members and practices managers aswell as various stakeholder organisations.
The post holder must be highly organised, have ability to prioritise their workload when there are competing demands and demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure success designing, implementing and embedding a projects when required. Ensuring that projects transition into business as usual across the PCN footprint. You will also have strong staff management skills and be able to manage a mutli-disciplinary, multi-agency team of people.
