Operational Support Officer X 2 positions

  • Full Time 40 hours per week
  • Based in Wellington Central

We are looking for an Operational Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive Client Services team.

The team provides a key role across the Quality Assurance Division. We support the business units within the division with operational and administrative tasks and provide a link to the division’s client base. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining effective operations, delivery of outcomes, and a high standard of customer service.
You will need to demonstrate that you are a proactive self-starter, have experience and success in a customer facing role providing operational support and/or business administration. You will have a high level of expertise in the use of databases, spreadsheets, word processing software, and can demonstrate the ability to operate in a high transactional and fast-paced environment.
