Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE AS OPERATIONAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST (NIGHT)

Reporting to Andrea Obas, the mission of the Operational Support Specialist (Night) is to ensure the seamless nightly turnover of our telemedicine platform. This role involves managing patient flows, overseeing staff numbers, and providing crucial support to both staff and members, addressing potential technical issues. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our telemedicine services.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Oversee and manage the daily turnover of the telemedicine platform.
  • Ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
  • Provide support to staff and members facing potential technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to maintain uninterrupted service.
  • Monitor and manage staff numbers to meet operational demands.
  • Collaborate with different departments to address operational challenges.
  • Implement and maintain procedures to optimize the telemedicine platform’s daily operations.
