Job Description :

Reporting to the Executive Director, Technology Services, you add value to the team by key areas of oversight such as:

• Supporting the development of system and/or site acceptance testing plans, test review and remediation.
• Supporting the design, from conceptual to detailed critical designs for new systems and modifications.
• Supporting the development and implementation of OT standards and policies, including architecture, security, and disaster recovery.
• Supporting leadership and input to OT systems implementation and technology strategy across IT and Engineering.
• Communicating and facilitating project and system expectations and deliverables to team members and stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Contributing the response to business opportunities and problems by matching information technology to meet business requirements.
• Assisting with identifying inter-dependencies, conflicting requirements, and overlapping impact on business processes and IT services and architectures across projects.
• Assisting with establishing and managing effective change control processes.
