OPERATIONAL TEST ENGINEER WITH DEFENCE BACKGROUND

You are a self-driven profile who enjoys sparring with your team colleagues on relevant topics. At the same time, we envisage that you:
- Have experience in the Defence Area or experience with Battle Management Systems
- Speak and write English fluently, as it is our corporate language
- Have some experience with test or a great interest in quality assurance. If you do not have a test background, we will make sure that you learn the profession.
Having a relevant degree in in Computer Science, Software Engineering or something similar would be an advantage but is not required.
In this role, you might experience a small amount of travel. Expect a maximum of 5-10 days a year.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be part of ensuring the correct quality assurance and continuous high quality of our software. You will play a vital part of the Beta Test process ensuring quality in our features and linking domain and technical knowledge. As our Operational Test Engineer, you can look forward to:
- Creating and maintaining all aspects of test documentation, like test considerations, test cases, risk analysis, and defect reporting.
- Participating in operational test activities such as System Test, Bug Hunt etc.
- Integration test of our Defence products with “deep dive” into selected functionality
- Ask all the critical questions, understand the assignment, ensure close cooperation with all stakeholders like developers, product owners, designers, and project managers.
- Being part of creating a product that is used on the battlefiel
