What You’ll Do
- Deliver Outstanding Quality Commitments: Foster a “One Stop Shop” environment for our broker partners, ensuring every interaction is seamless and exceeds expectations.
- Continuous Learning: Update your soft skills through identified e-learning courses and improve your product and industry knowledge through CIP/FCIP or other related industry accreditations.
- Timely and Informed Service: Address the needs of our broker partners promptly and with comprehensive knowledge, consistently challenging the status quo to provide outstanding underwriting service.
- Influence Broker Survey Results: Take dedicated steps throughout the year to contribute to a successful outcome of the Broker Survey, ensuring broker happiness and trust.
- Demonstrate Integrity: Display honesty and trustworthiness while collaborating with colleagues and leaders to uphold a professional environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Insurance Experience: At least 4 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- CIP Designation: Possess or actively working towards a CIP designation.
- Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to lead and encourage those around you.
- Critical Thinking: Propel the business by making informed decisions and advocating for the Aviva brand.
- Customer Focus: Build trust and strengthen operational relationships with our broker partners.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication abilities, with the confidence to make decisive and analytical decisions.
- Time Management: Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts from 8 am-7:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid Working Model: Comfortable with a combination of remote and in-office working.
What You’ll Get
- The salary band for this position ranges from $ 54,500.00 - $ 101,100.00. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
