POSITION SUMMARY
Cansel is a unique, dynamic and fast-growing company. We want a highly motivated and service-orientated individual who isn’t afraid to take initiative – that’s where you come in. Our Operations Admin staff are key to reinforcing daily operations. This position will be based out of our Calgary location and will report to the Customer Service Manager.
ABOUT YOU…
We are looking for an energetic individual able to work within a team environment and prefer to work with minimal supervision. To succeed in this position, you will possess the following characteristics:
- Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP
- Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM
- Strong interpersonal communication, & telephone skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities appropriately
- Remaining calm and upbeat in a fast-paced and pressured atmosphere
- Detail oriented
- Self-discipline and highly organized with the ability to take initiative around the site
- Ability to foster strong workplace relationships to create a positive work environment
- Minimum of 3 years customer service, and administrative experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer information systems: including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proven track record of longevity with previous employers
Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise on Cansel’s processes, help implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Continually look for opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure all processes are being followed
- monitor open orders
- Process DOAs/returns
- Process invoice corrections
- Work with the sales team to achieve excellent order fulfillment
- Help support accounting activities
- Provide back up for the Customer Success Team
