As Operations Administration Assistant, you will provide support to the Operations Administration Manager in performing administration tasks for the business to ensure we are complying with all operational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the service support team in completing administrative task within required timeframes
- Complete administrative tasks to meet regulatory and legislative requirements; including service approvals, serious notifications, surveys, and child protection matters
- Manage food registrations and renewals of service food permits, keeping accurate records
- Proactively track, monitor and report on tasks to support Service Delivery.
- Promote positive relationships with partners and regulators through communication and responsiveness to requests in information supplied
- Manage the collection and storage of service documentation, reports and other information
- Attend regular meetings, liaise with internal and external stakeholders building strong relationships
