What role will you play?
As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our clients and stakeholders by specialising in processing operational requests. You’ll work towards deadlines to deliver solutions to all our customers and liaise with the wider team to resolve any discrepancies to ensure all regulatory compliance requirements are followed.
You will onboard new customers and prepare and review AML/CTF requirements, complete ongoing account and client updates, maintenance and adjustments. You will also facilitate the movement of funds including domestic and international payments, and other back-office banking tasks including facilitating mistaken payments, transacting traces, and payment recalls.
