- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional ability to plan and organize people and processesUnderstanding of SAP is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Prepares and processes all the Work Orders and Requisition Orders for the product line
- Registers, reviews and approves all aggregate billings
- Continuous management of individual workflow within our SAP business system
- Administers the Purchase Orders and Receiving processes for all purchasing activities
- Process and updates Heavy Mobile Equipment fleet hours of operationsProcesses and Reconciles all Aggregate fuel entries
