EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma with a minimum two (2) years of administration experience

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to plan and organize people and processesUnderstanding of SAP is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and processes all the Work Orders and Requisition Orders for the product line
  • Registers, reviews and approves all aggregate billings
  • Continuous management of individual workflow within our SAP business system
  • Administers the Purchase Orders and Receiving processes for all purchasing activities
  • Process and updates Heavy Mobile Equipment fleet hours of operationsProcesses and Reconciles all Aggregate fuel entries
