Responsibilities:

THIS IS A HOMEBASED ROLE COVERING THE NORTH AND CENTRAL REGIONS OF ENGLAND.

This is a busy and varied role providing administrative support to the Director of England and Regional Directors in the North and Central regions.

Other duties will include:

  • Providing data / generate reports within agreed timescales.
  • Deal with correspondence via email and phone.
  • Support with arranging travel and meeting venues.
  • Support with minute taking.
  • Support with diary management

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Previous experience of providing administrative support to senior managers.
  • A good standard of general education with good basic levels of numeracy, reading and writing in English.
  • Experience of working with admin systems and procedures.
  • A great telephone manner and excellent written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in accordance with the needs of the service.
