In this role, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our new staff members, facilitating their start with confidence and ensuring all systems are up to date.

• HR Coordination: Handle onboarding, contract preparation, staff changes, and exit processes. Ensure all HR records and legal documents are meticulously managed.
• Systems and IT Support: Set up new staff in company systems, monitor relevant support tickets, and coordinate with IT for hardware requirements.
• Marketing Integration: Coordinate photography and bio updates, create digital signatures, and update profiles across platforms.
• Process Improvement: Maintain and update training guides and ensure best practices are applied throughout.
