Description:
Support store operations with administrative functions to ensure stores’ smooth and effective functioning
- Qualifications: • National Diploma in Business Administration or related diploma.• 5 years + experience in admin.• Understanding of retail operations.• Advanced excel.• Written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsibilities: • Store Operations Reporting - Consolidate, prepare and distribute reports for store operations, relating to sales performances, markdown performance and stock take results.• Store Maintenance - Arrange suppliers to attend to store maintenance issues to ensure that stores are able to function efficiently.• Stock Take Administration - Prepare the annual store stock take calendar. Book external stock take providers . Communicate stock take dates to store operations. Process stock take results with IT - to ensure that we are able to get an accurate read of stock loss in our stores.• Event Management - Coordinate events for store operations. Source venues, arrange catering and suppliers, accommodation, travel, agendas etc.
