Inviting applications for the role of Operations Administrator - Senior Process Associate – English – Hybrid London
In this role, the Operations Administrator will be part of the multi-skilled Operations team working on the processing of all operational tasks including mail activities, Money in, Money out, plan servicing, Trading, Distribution and Corporate actions tasks within set service level agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Daily processing for all operational processes in line with the service table and regulatory requirements for Mail-in/Out, Money in, Money out, Plan Servicing, Customer reporting, Trading & Settlement, Distribution, and Corporate actions
  • Daily completion workload ensuring completed right first time and in line with SLA’s targets
  • Raising & responding to client queries/issues
  • Be accountable for actions and take ownership for the accurate completion of tasks
  • Assist with non-standard client requests
  • Highlight any concerns or risks of service failure to Team Leader
  • Work in full compliance with established processes
  • Have client focus on all activities
  • Assist in the clearance of transactional-related stock and cash breaks
  • Escalating to line manager any suspected transactional issues, failures, or potential losses
  • Ensure timely corrective action of errors to minimize losses
  • Ensure the timely event reporting of breaches and incidents and identification and implementation of preventative measures when issues arise
  • Work in full compliance with established processes
  • Support the resolution of incidents raised by providing information and evidence where required
  • Liaise closely with other teams, to ensure all business processes run smoothly and effectively
  • Participates in ad hoc projects as defined by Team Manager
  • Participate in daily huddles and team meetings
  • Support team and wider teams in resolution of issues and incidents raised
  • Support the Change team with changes and platform releases
  • Identifying areas for improvement within current processes
  • Take ownership of own knowledge and development by having Personal Development Plan in place
  • Participate in regular review of written procedures and controls for existing and new processes

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

  • Desirable would be Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) qualification or working towards
  • The desire for ongoing self-development
  • Experience and understanding of wealth management
