The Operations Administrator plays a key role in the Canada West (CW) Operations team. This position is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the office and facility. This role performs many support tasks within Operations and is a integral part of the group.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.3 years of administrative experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and allocate costs to proper GL accounts.
- Ensure that payables are dealt with in a timely manner and accurate.
- Perform Equipment department administrative tasks.
- Monitor/track the flow of all equipment in and out of the facility.
- Receive, sort, and route incoming mail to the correct department.
- Prepare any outgoing mail/packages and ensure pickup is complete/scheduled.
- Maintain supplies for the office and ensure proper approval is given prior to ordering.
- Collect salaried timesheets to deliver to Human Resources.
- Assist with purchasing for warehouse/fabrication material replenishment.
- Greet on-site visitors and direct them to the correct company personnel.
- Answer incoming calls and route to the correct department.
- Administer promotional literature for the office, as needed.
- Prepare and distribute company correspondences, as needed.Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
