ABOUT THE ROLE As an Operations Administrator based in West London, youll be at the heart of our team, supporting the Service Manager with varied and dynamic back-office tasks. Your role will encompass audit, compliance, health and safety, housing and tenancy management, financial management, and more. Youll also manage report creation, software admin, and ensure our policies and processes run smoothly. Plus, youll have the chance to build valuable relationships within and outside the organisation.

Some work from home also possible. ABOUT THE SERVICE Our residential services in Ealing provide a recovery focused service to men and women with long term mental health difficulties.
The service works with the Participants & Residents to increase their independence and move them on into lower support accommodation. We work closely with mental health services, other partner agencies and careers to improve living skills, increase social inclusion, and help individuals understand and manage their mental health in order to improve their quality of life. The services are spread across 2 sites with 18 bedspace. We provide personalized support around daily living skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, reminders to take medication and developing a structured weekly routine.
ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will be a proactive administrator, capable of using their initiative and thinking quickly to provide support. They will be adaptable, with experience working with multiple stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to build impactful relationships. OVERVIEW OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage overall back-office duties, supporting various tasks and initiatives. Create and maintain spreadsheets using formulas and formatting. Organise and coordinate meetings based on service needs.
Log repairs, record health and safety checks, ensure risks and incidents are properly logged, and book and oversee repairs and maintenance. Assist with service level finance, maintain up-to-date administration, including petty cash management, banking, and service charges. Create and maintain organised records. KEY CRITERIA What we are looking for: Experience working for multiple stakeholders and working to deadlines What we would like, but not essential: Experience of developing and maintaining office administration system Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds, ex-offenders, mental health, substance misuse, challenging behaviours or a good understanding of the sector Please refer to the JDPS attached for more details on the vacancy and our requirements/key criteria.
