Responsibilities:
YOUR DAILY TASKS
- Providing operational, commercial and administrative support for the Business Aviation Centre, as well as providing additional daily assistance for the protocol activities of the VIP Lounge;
- Receiving and handling all customer and crew requests at the Business Aviation Centre;
- Coordinating and following up operators’ requests for assistance (using internal management tools);
- Ensuring and monitoring the planning and follow-up of flight operations (radio frequency, weather, Notam, flight planning, various services);
- Ensuring that arrivals and departures run smoothly and are processed correctly (communication to partner service providers, authorities, airport security, customs, police, etc.);
- Ensuring customer loyalty and being a driving force in the continuous improvement of the services offered;
- Carrying out customer invoicing and payment operations;
- At the same time, on a daily basis as well as during exceptional events, welcoming passengers to the VIP Lounge and providing related services in accordance with the specific specifications of a demanding clientele.
